Welcome to your 200 squared-meters villa. Located close to the beach, at the high area of Coma-ruga, offers an incredibly mixture of relax and mountain landscape, as it is located within an urbanization, and beach and nightlife due to its proximity to the main village and the coast.
The Villa was fully restored and repainted less than a year ago, and even the kitchen was build up again. The neighborhood is very calm and perfect for relax; it has a football court and a park perfect for the children to play in. It also has a tennis court 500 meters away.
The house has 3 bedrooms with closet in each of them, one of which is double bedroom and the other two single rooms. The house can perfectly fit 6 people. There is a full bathroom and a toilet.
The completely new kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing big meals for all the family. The house has one big living room and a dining room, the living room is fully furnished with digital TV and the dining room, located downstairs, next to the pool, is perfect for enjoying a typical Mediterranean meal or a BBQ. The garden is big and surrounds the whole villa, and the pool is 4,5 meters wide and 9 meters long. The capital of the province is Tarragona, located 25kms away and the popular Theme park Port Aventura is 42 kms away.

There are also trains from the Airport to the house every ½ hour
