Casa Don Juan is a very comfortable privately owned holiday home essentially for the use of our own family and friends. We enjoy its peaceful surroundings set in beautiful Spanish style gardens and shaded by a fully grown Jacaranda tree. The front patio overlooks the swimming pool and we really enjoy sitting out in the evening sun, relaxing with a drink and watching the Mediterranean sea.

There is a shopping center at the entrance to the urbanization and this has a Carryover supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, dry cleaners, tapas bar/cafe, internet cafe, hairdressers, superb Indian restaurant and International bar and restaurant. Mijas is about 15 minutes drive or you can take the bus by the shopping center. The aqua parks at Fuengirola and Torremolinos are about 10 minutes by car with Malaga being about 20 minutes by train. Malaga is a beautiful city with its harbor, cathedral and, of course, the world-famous Picasso museum.

Deposit of €100 for first week and €50 for each subsequent week, payable at booking stage with balance due 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. Payments by bank or wire transfer.

No smoking inside the house. No noise after midnight. No sun lotions or henna tattoos on sofas or towels and bedlinen. Drunken or disorderly behavior will result in call to local police. Please read and observe rules of the pool. Please switch off air conditioning when you go out. Please place all rubbish in containers at least once per day. Please leave the house as you found it, including the barbecue and remove all rubbish on day of departure. Do not strip beds or put towels into washing machine on day of departure.
