Casa Feliz is a privately owned holiday home essentially for the use of our own family and friends. We enjoy its peaceful surroundings set in beautiful Spanish style gardens and shaded by two fully grown palm trees. The rear patio overlooks the swimming pool and we really enjoy sitting out , relaxing with a drink and watching the Mediterranean sea.

There is a shopping center at the entrance to the urbanization and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank,Italian restaurant newsagents/ booksellers, dry cleaners, tapas bar/cafe, internet café,hairdressers, superb Indian restaurant and International bar and restaurant. Mijas is about 15 minutes drive or you can take the bus by the shopping center. The aqua parks at Fuengirola and Torremolinos are about 10 minutes by car with Malaga being about 20 minutes by train. Malaga is a beautiful city with its harbor, cathedral and, of course, the world-famous Picasso museum.

Reservation deposit of €100 for first week and €50 for each subsequent week payable at booking stage. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer. Damage bond of €250 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on day of departure following satisfactory inspection of house.

No smoking inside the house. No noise after midnight. No sun lotions or henna tattoos on sofas or towels and bedlinen. Drunken or disorderly behaviour will result in call to local police. Please read and observe rules of the pool. Please switch off air conditioning when you go out. Please place all rubbish in containers at least once per day. Please leave the house as you found it, including the barbecue and remove all rubbish on day of departure. Do not strip beds or put towels into washing machine on day of departure.
