Casa Rosa is a beautifully maintained holiday home located in the private Mi Jardin (my garden in Spanish) urbanization. As you enter through the new porch you will feel the quality and comfort of this house. The living room is surprisingly large and airy and the fitted kitchen has everything you need to prepare those relaxed south-facing terrace has breathtaking views across the Mediterranean and at certain times you can see the Atlas Mountains in North Africa!

The Mi Jardin homes are built in the duplex style and are not apartment blocks. They are built in units of 4 or 2 and set in beautiful gardens and walkways. Mi Jardin is a very special place.

The lounge and both bedrooms have remote controlled air conditioning and these feature a ‘quiet’ setting and a sleep timer to ensure a restful sleep on those hot summer nights. The main bathroom has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and the master bedroom has its own ensuite with feature 120 x 80 cm. shower. There is a coded safe to protect your valuables. All in all Casa Rosa is the perfect holiday home-from-home.

Reservation deposit of €100 for first week and €50 for each subsequent week payable at booking stage. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer. Damage bond of €250 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on day of departure following satisfactory inspection of house.

No smoking inside the house. No noise after midnight. No sun lotions or henna tattoos on sofas or towels and bedlinen. Drunken or disorderly behavior will result in call to local police. Please read and observe rules of the pool. Please switch off air conditioning when you go out. Please place all rubbish in containers at least once per day. Please leave the house as you found it, including the barbecue and remove all rubbish on day of departure. Do not strip beds or put towels into washing machine on day of departure.
