The ground floor accommodation sleeps 4 and is perfect for any client who has walking difficulties. Enter from the covered furnished terrace into the spacious lounge/diner complete with TV/DVD which leads to an open plan large fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and breakfast table and chairs. An arch leads through to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with access to the garden and an easy access complete shower room.
An exterior staircase leads to the upper floor accommodation which sleeps 6 and offers quality Mallorcan furnishings and central heating for the winter months. The L shaped spacious lounge/diner offers comfortable sofas, feature fireplace, TV SAT/DVD, dining table and chairs and access to the attractive furnished covered terrace overlooking the garden. From the lounge a door leads into the fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with washing machine, vitro ceramic hob and electric oven in addition to access to a small covered terrace (shared with a twin bedroom) with lovely views of the pool, gardens and mountains. Along the hallway you reach two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom with private narrow balcony overlooking the pool and gardens and two family bathrooms. All 5 bedrooms have air conditioning. Private parking for several cars. This villa is situated close to Can Navarro which sleeps 6.

All prices are quoted in Euros and inclusive of IVA. For self catering accommodation the prices are per unit and with hotels the prices are shown per person. Weekly rates are shown for quick reference but remember there is flexibility on the number of nights booked and the nightly rate can be calculated by dividing the weekly rate by 7. Once you have decided on the accommodation, the dates you wish to travel and received confirmation of the availability and price then it will be necessary for you to complete and return a booking form (which will be emailed to you) along with a minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. This can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.
We can hold your accommodation for up to 48hrs to enable you to book flights and make arrangements for this payment. The balance is normally due to be paid one month prior to your arrival in resort. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks prior to your departure date then the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Should you decide to pay by bank transfer any bank charges incurred will be at your expense. Once the transaction is completed please send the receipt to us by email or fax to enable us to confirm your reservation.
Payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge of 1% of the total cost of the transaction. Some property owners prefer different payment conditions and should this be the case with your booking the details will be confirmed at the time of making the booking. On receipt of your deposit Parasol Property Rentals will send you an email confirmation. We do ask that all details are checked carefully.
The deposit is non refundable in any circumstances.
Should you have to cancel your holiday we will require a letter by email from you no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date. This is to avoid any misunderstanding which could arise over the phone. It is essential that we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation to avoid you being liable to pay the outstanding balance.
Any alteration to a confirmed booking will have an administrative charge of 30euros applied.
May I suggest that you read the description of the property carefully to ensure it matches your requirements to avoid any disappointment when you arrive in resort. Please pay particular attention to whether your chosen accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning throughout, a lift, maid service, the location is suitable etc. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
Occupancy of the Property : The property must not be occupied by more than the number of guests quoted in the original booking or mentioned in the property description. Parties or functions may not be held on these premises which result in the over occupancy of the property. Should you require an extra bed/cot/highchair for any additional person this can be arranged in most properties, at an extra cost, providing it is requested and confirmed in advance.
