The apartments for rent can be in the ground floor (they have a garden and terrace), on the first floor (20m2 terrace) or second floor (14m2 terrace). Everybody has one washing machine and dishwasher available. The apartments include heating. They are equipped with bedding and kitchen has all the necessary utensils. On the ground floor of this building is our office (open all year). Wi-Fi throughout the building.

The building is located on the beach at Torre Valentina (Sant Antoni de Calonge, in the heart of the Costa Brava), very quiet area between the towns of Palamos and Playa d'Aro. A few meters has a large shopping area. We sent several pictures of the beaches and small coves around, a great beauty.

Natural gas heating, heating consumption is billed separately.

Claims should be reported and subsequently confirmed upon availability. Upon confirmation of the deposit rent is 30% and the rest payable on arrival at the apartment.

The final cleaning is 50 .- €.
