Ground floor On the ground floor: Living room including a wide screen TV with satellite receiver and built-in DVD player. Via the satellite receive BVN-TV programs from the Dutch public broadcasters and several international channels. Kitchen with a coffee maker, large fridge/ freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave oven and all utensils that you used to. Usually, various herbs and spices in stock.
First floor On the first floor: Bedroom with double bed (2 meters long) and plenty of storage. Luxurious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and plenty of large and small towels.
Second floor On the second floor you will find: Bedroom with two single beds (2 meters long), large closet and extra tv'tje to watch DVDs. Children's folding bed. Sleep Chair (single sofa bed). Study with modern computer with fast internet. Washing machine.
Roof terrace: The roof of Casa Sonrisa offers a magnificent view of the greenery and the village center. The east side of the terrace is equipped with a sunroof and a wooden dining area. In the shed you will find enough chairs and a charcoal grill.
Extras: Linens and towels: you do not need towels or bedding with you. This is more than enough there. washing machine for a laundry in between. Internet Unlimited use of the computer with a fast Internet connection Heating Electric radiators and gas heater for winter months.

The minimum length of stay is three nights. Casa Sonrisa has no fixed changeover day. So you can on any day of the week begin your stay!
These rates include use of the facilities, water and electricity, bed linen and towels. Per stay you will pay an amount of € 40 for service (including the final cleaning) and a deposit of € 50 (which of course you normally get back after your stay). See our rental conditions for further details.
