Beautifully situated villa with private pool and garden on the seafront. The villa is situated in a private villa residence Roche between the former fishing village of Conil and Novo Sancti Petri golf. The villa is newly furnished and decorated, modern bathrooms and marble floors. The house is needed with a refrigerated air conditioning in summer and heated during winter.

The large sea-facing windows to provide a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean with beautiful sunsets. A harmonious atmosphere, ideal to enjoy and relax. The villa Marivent has a large living and dining area with TV / TV and DVD of themselves to the furbished terrace and 8x4 large swimming pool opens. The kitchen is separate and complete with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge and freezer.
