3 bedroom 2 bathroom Classico villa located on Mazarron Country Club with private fenced pool and extended living area. This stunning villa has a large extended living area with two living rooms and covered eating areas there is plenty of room for 6-8 people to eat and relax comfortably. There is UK Sky TV channels, radio hifi system and dvd player with portable airconditioing units in the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped including all modern appliances washing machine, dishwasher, oved hob extractor, ,icrowave and all crockery and cutlery.

There are 2 bedrroms located on the upper floor one double with a full ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and a terrace and one bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, on the ground floor is the further double bedroom with Sat Tv available and the family shower room. There are plenty of secure areas in the garden for children to play in including a closed in car port and a gated area to keep the large pool safe.
