Penthouse-Duplex in Altea with lovely sea views, recently renovated(2010) and Mediterranean-style decor, consists of two bedrooms, one on the top floor with a 150cm bed, wardrobe, desk, TV and terrace-solarium(sea view). The second bedroom is downstairs and has twin beds and wardrobe. Then we have a living room with a sofa bed(double) and terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher(all types of small appliance, iron, toaster, blender). The bathroom, with bath with shower and bidet. It is about 500m from the beach and next to the historic center of Altea, 50m high interest, restaurants, shops and others.

3. If you stay two weeks or longer, you'll be required to make a deposit of 10% of the total amount as a warranty, this will be returned at the end of your stay.
