Payment Policy
All prices are in GB pounds sterling. 25% deposit is required to secure booking. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. 200 GBP/euro security deposit required. We accept payments by bank transfer or paypal. Contact the owner for a current euro rate.
Cancellation Policy
All properties offered by ChillOutwithus must be booked in advance and all cancellations must be in writing and shall enter into force on the date of receipt. The cancellation fees are as follows: i. Receipt of written cancellation received 30 days or more before the rental period will be charged the total amount of reservation deposit ii. Receipt of written cancellation received less than 30 days before the rental period will be charged the full amount of rent. If ChillOutWithUs are able to re-let the property in the same period, the cancellation charge will be the reservation deposit.
