The property is a penthouse apartment located in San Fernando on the outskirts of Cadiz in Andalusia in southern Spain. Cadiz is part of the “ Costa de la Luz “ on the north Atlantic coast of Andalusia i.e. to the west of the Straits of Gibraltar. The area lives up to its name with over 300 sunshine days per year.

Cadiz, Europe´s oldest city, is a short ten minute drive away. This beautiful and historic city is surrounded by long stretches of uncrowded beaches with nationally renown restaurants and hotels. Its peninsula location likens it to an ancient San Francisco.

Air connections are via Jerez airport some twenty minutes from San Fernando by direct motorway. There are services to Madrid Barajas and various other national and European destinations. Within easy walking distance of the apartment are a pharmacy and bakery with a convenience store located in the apartment building complex. The apartment includes secure gated underground parking and storage room.

Living / Dining area opens on to balcony overlooking park at rear of complex. Provided with cable ( Digital plus ) television. Main bedroom has full ensuite bathroom , telephone, cable television and internet connections. Bedroom can sleep two with roll away bed. Apartment patio terrace overlooks pool area and has extensive views of the Bay of Cadiz to Puerto Real and Cadiz. The situation is to one side of a new three tower holiday apartment development which is upgrading the beach front together with a new boating marina under construction. Apartment complex is on the northern side of San Fernando adjacent to the military base . This ensures a very tranquil environment.

utility bills are paid by direct debit from the owner´s local bank account in Cajasur. Corresponding funds to be deposited by renter into this account. Entering and departure readings will be used to calculate any prorated amounts rental to be paid to owner´s local estate agent.
