A large living room opens up on to a south facing balcony, the living room also has a dining area, 2 large settee's, 32" LCD television, DVD player with a selection of disc's, radio/CD player, and a selection of games and books to suit all ages. Two bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single beds + travel cot, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with T.V. and X box with games in the main bedroom. The kitchen consist of fridge, washer, microwave, and sandwich toaster, iron & ironing board along with all cutlery and utensils. The bathroom includes an over bath shower and full set's of towel's are supplied. The whole of the roof is a sun solarium complete with outdoor furniture and outdoor shower. The living room and 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans, there is also the option on air con in the living room.

There are 2 communal pool's, the nearest within 2 minute's walk. The nearest commercial zone is within 10 minute's walk which consist of shop's, bar's, and excellent restaurant's with very reasonable prices, there are also 3 further commercial zone's on the urbanization. The beautiful blue flag beech is a five minute drive away, also, there is a free bus service in the summer month's. There are several golf coarses in the area, the nearest being at La Marquesa in Rojales. There are Aqua Parks at Santa Pola and Torrievieja.
