Villa Bright is a beautiful large (500m2) villa situated at a wonderful location in the green hills of Jávea at the Costa Blanca of Spain. Jávea is a place to love because of its beautiful nature, lovely beaches and many restaurants. No high buildings, no mass tourism. The beach and sea are only 10 minutes away from the villa.

Jávea is an exclusive destination on the coast which offers you a wide range of activities to fit your requirements. It is an authentic fishing town located at the most easterly point of the Iberian peninsula of Spain between the cities Valencia and Alicante. The 25 km coastline offers beautiful beaches.

Bookings conditions:

The booking is definitely if we have received 30% of the total rent. The rest (70%) has to be paid at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.

The payment of 30% will not be returned if you cancel until 4 weeks before arrival.

If you cancel between 4 weeks and 1 day before arrival, you have to pay 70% of the total amount.

From the first day before the rental period 100% of the total amount will be charged in case of cancellation.
