Set in Jardine 13 of this fabulous Polaris world resort this apartment is in a perfect location with spectacular golf course and town center views. Being on the first floor this two bedroom apartment has a very private large solarium where the views are simply breathtaking. Inside it has been lovingly furnished and decorated to a very high standard and will provide comfortable and exclusive living for all guests. In front of the property is a childrens play area and one of the many communal swimming pools is just a few meters away.

The El Faro town center is within easy walking distance as is the golf course and club house. The Town Center has a very large supermarket, Clover Irish bar, Limonero restaurant and the Pro Shop for the newly opened flagship Golf course. There are two full size football pitches along with tennis cts, paddle tennis, squash and a multi purpose playing area for football, basketball etc. Camposol is the closest large town and ofers many shopping outlets and bars and restaurants and it is just a few minutes drive and the beaches of Mazarron are only 19 Km away.

If you would like to try some cultural experiences, Murcia city is just 30 minutes by car and offers a whole host of interesting sites, trips, museums and galleries. This is a superb property in a superb location and is highly recommended but please be aware that car hire is strongly recommended also.
