3 Bedroom Apartment: Situated on two top floors.Lower floor 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, large open plan living/dining room with TV/DVD and satellite system, fully equipped kitchen including dish washer, also with washing machine utility area and drying area. Top floor with third bedroom and dressing room + en-suite bathroom. Balconies on both floors with a private plunge pool incorporated in the large private upper terrace. All apartments have designated parking spaces with security gates, and a security entry phone system on the external doors.

Barcelona (2 hour drive).

To confirm a booking we require a 25% deposit of the rental unless it is within 8 weeks of the holiday date when full payment is due. Payments can be made by major credit/debit cards, cheques or by Bank transfer (a 2% charge applies to balances paid on credit card).

Security Deposit: You will be required to pay us a refundable damage indemnity: £120 for properties up to 2 bedrooms: £200 for properties 3 bedrooms or more, £250 for independent villas. The security deposit is held in the U.K. and can be made either as a cheque, which will not be banked but held with your paperwork, being returned to you when we have clearance from our Spanish office after your holiday, or alternatively we can hold your credit/debit card details.

Arrival/Departure: Properties are available for your arrival from 16.00 and departure should be by 10.00. As long as we are advised prior to your holiday, arrangements will be made for clients arriving very late. Early arrivals can sometimes be accommodated, but this has to be by prior arrangement.

Air Conditioning & Heating: Most properties do not have air conditioning but if they do it will be indicated in the property description. However, in properties where air conditioning or heating is available extra charges will apply if they are used. These charges will vary depending on the size of the property and many will be charged on consumption where separate metering is installed.
