Beautiful 3rd Floor Apartment with 6 Swimming Pools, Paddle Tennis, 3 Minutes walk to the beach which stretches for 11 miles. 10 minutes walk to a nature reserve with a lake and Flamingo’s. The apartment is fully equipped and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a jet shower. Fully air conditioned which can be switched to heat for the cooler months of the year. The apartment has British & Spanish Satellite TV. The apartment is in Playa Serena, a favourite of Spanish holiday makers. There are lots of bars and restaurants most of which offer Tapas during the day.

The apartment is close to the beach and about 150 meters walk to the club house of Playa Serena Golf Course. The course is completely flat and has been established for over 25 years, there is a back drop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains just to add to a spectacular view. The resort lay’s at the far end of Roquetas De Mar on the South coast of Spain. Playa Serena is in the Almeria region which is the driest region in Europe and is called the salad bowl of Spain, the local produce is as fresh as it gets.

For those who enjoy exploring Granada is around 1 hour and 45 minutes north – in the winter months you would be able to enjoy the ski slopes. La Alhambra is one of the most visited monuments in Europe. This fact, together with the logical restrictions on access for conservation reasons, means that it is not always easy to obtain entrance tickets. To avoid disappointment, it is highly recommendable to book tickets in advance, and learn more beforehand about the system allowing visitors access to the building complex.

Payment Policy
All rates are in British Pounds.
All total payments to be received 4 weeks in advance. Deposit to be paid when booking should be 50% of total booking.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations less than 2 months prior to arrival full deposit will be charged. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 1 month prior to arrival.
Rules
Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
A damage deposit of £50.00 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.
