A luxurious spacious villa, with a private pool and a spectacular sea-view, located on the most famous villa-mountain of the Spanish Costa Brava: "Mas Nou". The villa is perfectly located 30 km from Girona. The beautiful city of Barcelona is only 80 km away. The Platja dÁro city center and beach are on a convenient 3 km distance. The villa is located closely to two 18 holes golf courses.
The house is located on the mountain Mas Nou, with a magnificent view over the Mediterranean sea and Platja dÁro. Platja dÁro is one of the most popular towns on the Costa Brava. This region is famous for its wonderful beaches in craggy bays with cristal clear blue seas. There are many places where you can enjoy water sports and other activities like cycling, climbing, golf, tennis and horseriding nearby.
The large villa is on one level and features four bedrooms with three bathrooms. There is a large sitting room with an open fireplace and spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Outside are various roofed terrasses with a spectacular sea-view and a good sized private swimming pool.
