The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has 180 m2 of surface, and has 3 bedrooms (one of nearly 50 m2), all with bathroom. It also has a 4 th complimentary bathroom, kitchen. Thanks to its size, this apartment can accommodate up to 14 people maximum. For these cases maximum occupancy, the apartment has three double sofa beds and 2 extra beds. Apart from a cot. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator kitchen appliances.

The washer is in a small separate room, ready for laundry. The dining room has a large table that comfortably accommodates all guests and overlooks the sea, like the hall that leads to the terrace. The apartment has air conditioning (hot and cold), and satellite TV.
