There is a superb open view across the fields to the cork wood and hazelnut grove. South facing, the walled garden is very private and secure, a true suntrap. The pool area is newly fenced, with ample room for sunloungers. Outwith the walled garden are many areas in which to explore, to retreat to, have forty winks in a hammock, relax or to play.

The large, roofed porch is used all year - dine al fresco, late summer nights, winter lunches. There is a traditional barbecue, sink, fridge, ceiling fans, tables, chairs & lights. A fabulous area, most of the late spring to early autumn living is done under it's sheltering roof.

Set within a private estate the masia is private yet not isolated - the main road to Girona is 2km; 2 minutes to Brunyola & it's restaurant; various shops, supermarkets & restaurants all within 10 minutes; 15 minutes into Girona city centre; 15/20 minutes to the train station for a day trip into Barcelona; 35km to the coast.

The masia is superbly located for guests to enjoy all aspects of Catalunya, an ideal venue for friends & family to meet, all year round - quiet weekends, celebrations, golf, Christmas, family fun at a waterpark, Costa Brava, beaches and coves, Dali, museums, Girona and the buzz of Barcelona. The masia is owned by Chris & Gill, who live on and manage the estate. We will respect your privacy, but are on hand if you wish any help or information. Both Reus and Carcassonne airports are two hours drive.

GIRONA AIRPORT - Ideally situated, a 10 minute drive.

ROAD:- AP-7, junction 8 is 10km. The French border is 75km.

Group A more than 12 people -

High- 2700. Early/Late summer- 2250. Mid- 2050. Low- 1600

Group B, up to 12 people (advertised) -

High- 2400.Early/Late Summer- 1950. Mid- 1750. Low- 1200.

Group C, up to 6 people -

High- 2100. Early/Late Summer- 1650. Mid- 1350. Low- 900.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation.

Main balance and security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to occupancy, or as agreed with owner.

Security deposit - weekly rentals - 400 euro, refundable deposit, due at time of main balance payment, or seperate cheque - can accept / hold sterling for the deposit cheque.

We prefer payment by bank transfer, euro cheque or paypal.

Prices includes utilities, bed linen and ample towels.

Arrival is from 16.00 hours - though we do realise that many flights arrive early - please do ask.

Departure is by 10.00 hours - to allow cleaning and preparation of the masia for following guests.

Short / weekend breaks - dependent on diary - Arrival from 16.00 hours. Departure by 17.00/18.00 hours.

If you wish to book the masia -

1 - We will send you a rental invoice with your booking details and money due.

2 - On reservation deposit payment we will send a confirmation receipt.

3 - On main balance and security deposit payment we will send you a confirmation receipt and send out a rental agreement and directions to the masia.
