Huelva, Andalucia Huelva, the most western region of Andalucia, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the Algarve holiday region in Portugal, is best known for the long pristine sands of the Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light) which journeys into the neighbouring region of Cadiz.
