A unique holiday setting.
Casa Sol Y Paz is the last house in the ‘Aldea del Castillejos’ a Moorish chalk white hamlet nestling in the hillside just above a 4 kilometer expanse of shimmering turquoise blue waters.
From the house there are spectacular, uninterrupted views overlooking olive and almond groves down to the lake Vinuela and Sierra Tejeda mountains rising up 2,100m beyond. This traditional Andalucian house has been tastefully restored (keeping many of its original features) so it can be used by one group (up to 11 persons),or 2 separate families (MAX 5 & 7 persons) each having their own private entrance, gardens, terrace and balcony. There is also communal swimming pool (12mx5m), gardens, terraces, BBQ. Parking is at the top of the village so the street area is only used by foot or hoof, so safe for children. Casa Sol y Paz is laid out in 2 separate wings, consisting of:
First part: [2-7 persons, 3 bedrooms]. Entranced via a stone terrace to entry/living room with steps down to dining area [cast iron wood fire], open plan kitchen [gas cooker, fridge/freezer], french doors to stone walled vine covered dining terrace, large twin/triple bedroom [wash basin]. First floor has a bathroom, double and small twin bedrooms leading to large secluded sun terrace with spectacular lake and mountain panorama. Second part: [2-5 persons, 2 bedrooms]. Entrance via cobbled terrace and rock garden to open plan
dining/kitchen area [gas cooker, fridge/freezer] archway to large living room [sofa bed 5 person] (cast iron wood fire), double doors to small covered terrace and citrus garden. Upstairs there is twin and double bedrooms, bathroom and large balcony overlooking the communal gardens, swimming pool, lake and mountains.

For whole house use there is an interconnecting door between the living areas As part of the hamlet is used for courses we are able to offer you:
