Just 3km from the picturesque historic white village of Competa yet only 20 minute drive to the coastal resorts of Torrox and Nerja, it's the ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year. With stunning sea views down the Torrox valley and across to the Almijara Sierra National Park, the villa is in a peaceful but not isolated location. Surrounded by grape vines, olive and fruit trees, there is a large sun terrace with private pool and outdoor shower. The villa has a large arched terrace situated at the front and pergola overlooking the pool terrace, both offer the perfect place for al fresco dining or to simply take in the spectacular scenery. Casa Jevanda is a brand new, luxurious villa. The open plan lounge/dining room has a wood burner stove, central heating plus ceiling fan to keep you cool through the hot summer months. There are two large leather suites, a coffee table with matching nest of tables, satellite TV, DVD player with a selection of films for you to watch. From here French doors lead out onto the beautiful pool terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer,cooker, hob, washer, microwave, toaster and cafetier. All main appliances are integrated and to complete the contempory feel, the work tops, kick board and breakfast bar are all black granite with down lights lighting up the breakfast bar. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, beautiful floor to ceiling wardrobes and double drawer unit with mirror. There are two bedside tables with lights along with wall lights and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 and 3 both have twin beds, beautiful floor to ceiling wardrobes and ample drawer space and ceiling fans. There is a family bathroom with over shower, toilet and large built in vanity unit with an inset sink and large mirror set within the tiled walls.
The En-suite shower room has a double walk in shower, toilet, bidet and again the built in vanity unit with mirror.
