This lovely villa is situated in Eagles nest villamartin
2 minutes walk to local bars and restuarants one of which is cheers bar where you can watch the locals play bowels, just a two min walk over the road there are stables which do horse ridding lession.
The property has its own private pool with lovely mature gardens, which circulate the villa, there is a BBq and large seating area.
There is an entrance room with seating and massage chair which leads in to a nice size lounge with TV, DVD player, video, satellite, stereo system Newly fitted kitchen, which has oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and all utensils needed for cooking, off the kitchen is a dinning area which has a table and four chairs. The villa has 3 bedrooms all of which have double beds, they all have wardrobe and draw space and each room has a ceiling fan.
Master bedroom has un-suit bathroom with shower, main bathroom has Jacuzzi bath with shower,
There is a conservatory to the back with sofa and a cupboard, which holds a washing machine, it also has an extra fridge for drinks.
The conservatory has patio doors, which lead out to the garden and up to a large solarium, which has sun beds and another BBQ and great views of the surrounding area. Villamartin Plaza is just 15 minutes walk, and just a few minutes by car. It has all the facilities which cater for a great holiday. The Andalucian style complex has a Bank, a small supermarket, a newsagent, a chemist, shops, bars & many restaurants to choose from which offer a wide selection of International cuisine catering for everyone's tastes. Also locally again just a few minutes by car but within walking distance, there is another commercial centre- Los Dolses which provides further choices of different restaurants, banks, bars & shops. There is a bakery which bakes all its own bread and there is also a bigger Super value-supermarket. For those hiring cars although not a necessity, there are other bigger supermarkets nearby- Consum at La Zenia, Mercadona Nr Las Ramblas and also at Playa Flamenca. Close by is the Villamartin Championship Golf Course, which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. If that was not enough to tempt the golfers, within 5 mins drive there are two more! Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Finally we have Campoamor, which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day! It is important to know that no handicap is required for these local courses. For the hard to please a 30 min drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort with three 18-hole courses to choose from. So bring your handicap card (just in case)as well as plenty of sunscreen. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Prices Shown do not include the cleaning charge of £45 for the cleaning of villa, towels and bed lining at the end of your stay, this is payable with the final balance.
£100 of the rental price is a non-refundable deposit to secure rental dates, payable within 7 days of requested dates.
Upon receipt of a booking request we will confirm availability and costs.
We will then make a provisional booking.
Unless otherwise agreed, we can only promise to keep a provisional booking available for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit.
If the deposit has not been received after 7 days no guarantee can be made that the desired dates will remain available.
The remaining rental charge is to be paid at least 8 weeks before renting the property
A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required with final balance,
to be returned once keys are received back and a full villa inspection has been made.
The rental charges cover water, electricity, gas, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels. Please provide your own beach and pool towels.
We may ask you to vacate the property by 10am on your departure day if there are new guest arriving the same day.

Confirmation
You will receive a receipt and booking confirmation advice as soon as your deposit has been received. This confirmation letter will also contain details of the outstanding balance and the date by which the outstanding balance is due. Following receipt of your final balance, you will receive a further communication, confirming the receipt of your final balance and detailing the directions to the villa and emergency contact numbers.

4 weeks to 8 weeks to departure – 50% of total cost will be charged
Less than 4 weeks to departure – 80% of total cost will be charged
Your payments will be refunded to you in full in the unlikely event of our cancellation of your holiday.
