The house consists of:
2 bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The house can sleep 4 people in total.
This traditional rustic house is located in a small quiet village of Labraña (placed inside the Nature Reserve of Oyambre). It has beautiful views of the beach the from and of fields and mountains from the back and garden.
Labraña is a quiet village and its sandy beach of Merón of more than 3.5 km, is only 150 m away from the house.

San Vicente de la Barquera is only 5 minutes away. Details of Lodging:
1. Kitchen: gas cooker, furnace, microwaves, washing machine, coffee maker, electric tea pot, pressure cooker, iron, battery cooker, set of dishes, cubertería, refrigerator with freezer.
2. Living/Dining Room: dining table, six chairs, color TV, 2 sofas, coffee table and door to the viewpoint.
3. Bathroom with bath, small towel and bath towels.
4. 2 double bedrooms: 1 with two single beds and one with a double bed with exit to the viewpoint.
5. At the back of the house is a garden with garden furniture (with pull-out, chairs, parasols and portable barbecue). Activities and entertainment in the area:
Beach (3.5 km in length).
White-water rafting, Abseiling, Cycling, Mountain - Biking, Canoeing, Hiking, Excursions on horseback, Golf courses, Horse-riding, Hydrospeed, Kayaking, 4x4 Routes, Climbing, National Park, Natural Park, Museums. At the moment for making reservations the client will have to deposit 30% of the total amount of the rent asked for.

The reservation will not be made until we have received this deposit.
The remaining balance will have to be paid at least 15 days ahead of the date of arrival at the property.
