.Casa Bonita is a modern villa with its own pool It is ideally located on a peaceful residential development.near the old Spanish village of Benitachell , and mid way between the resorts of Javea and Moraira with its beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, both a 10 minute drive.
The villa is south west facing , so has all day sunshine, and open views across the countryside towards the distant mountains. The sun sets behind the old church of Benitachell between 9-10 pm in the summer months (May onwards) enabling guests to enjoy a full day out ,and still enjoy the warm evening sun with a chilled glass of wine from one of the terraces at the villa.
The area is well served by restaurants both in Benitachell itself and on route to Javea and Moraira.
There is a large supermarket nearby. There are three restaurants within a mile of the house.

The closest beach,to the house is at Cala Moraig which lies in a small cove within a 5 minute drive The property is furnished in a bright modern style, and is professionally maintained .Accommodation comprises a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge/ dining room which leads to a covered 'naya' with a dining table for 6. An internal staircase leads down to the 3 bedrooms ,( 2 with king sized beds and 1 with twin beds.)

There are two separate bathrooms. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, and double wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms lead directly to the large pool terrace and garden area. The 26x13 foot pool has Roman steps and underwater lighting. There are sunloungers,parasols, patio tables ,poolside shower and a portable Weber style BBQ. A secluded lower terrace provides an additional area for sunbathing and a safe area for children to play . It is also an excellent suntrap in the cooler winter months. Other amenities include a TV, with Spanish channels, Sky News EuroNews and CNN and various free to view programmes. and radio. There is a CD and DVD player, washing machine, hairdryer, iron etc and personal safe. The property has an alarm system and there is private gated parking. There is underfloor heating for the cooler months. This is a no smoking property and pets are not allowed. There is local representation for your convenience, should you have any queries. Alicante is the nearest airport approximately 1 hours drive ,and Valencia is about 1 hour 30 mins.
The area is well served by golf courses, the nearest being Javea Golf 5 minutes from the villa and is a 9 hole course . The golf club also serves good food at excellent prices and is open to the public. The more challenging courses of La Sella and Oliva Nova both 18 hole are within a 30 minute drive.
There are facilities for Karting in Moraira/Teulada, horse riding , bowls, and there are some tennis courts locally. about a 5 minute stroll from the vila.

As a holiday property, the villa is not available for yearly rentals. We can accommodate long winter lets .
