The house has an outside terrace and 2 floors with cool ceramic tiling, ceiling fans, and marble stairs leading to a private rooftop solarium tiled in typical Andalusian style. The open-plan ground floor contains a dining room, breakfast bar, loo, and kitchen with fridge/freezer, 2 double stove tops, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a complete service for cooking. Satellite television, a DVD player, and CD/radio unit are available. There are 2 bathrooms: ground floor (toilet⁄sink) and first floor (toilet⁄sink⁄bathtub⁄shower). This bathroom is decoratively tiled with a skylight in the ceiling. The master bedroom has a double bed, standing wardrobe, a 3-drawer chest of drawers, and 2 side tables. Vera Playa (Vera Beach) is 5 minutes walk away. It is widely renowned for its cleanliness and lack of crowds, even during the peak tourist season. Like neighbouring beaches in Garrucha and Mojacar, Vera Playa is consistently awarded the European Blue Flag for its clean beaches and pure water. In the great swathe of sand stretching from the promenade to the sea, you can find several children’s play areas with swings and climbing frames as well as delightful landscaped areas with palms and shrubs.
