This beautiful detached holiday villa “Villa Sol y Mar” is located on "Monte De Los Almendros" (almond-hill), a private residential area, away from the tourist crowds but close to the idyllic small town of Salobrena on the Costa Tropical / Costa del Sol in Andalusia. It offers unspoilt views to the sea, Salobrena’s romantic, by night illuminated castle and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. To the extensive beaches it is only approximately 5 minutes by car.

Villa Sol y Mar is equipped with all comfort, offers a large private pool, heatable by solar energy, several sunbathe-terraces and a lovingly garden with many ornament-plants and fruit trees (Papaya, Oranges, Chirimoya, Peaches etc.). The property has space for up to 6 adults and includes of approximately 700sqm and the living area offers about 120sqm.

2 bedrooms - one twin and one double - are available to you and there is an additional double bedroom in a separated studio, located on the ground floor of the holiday villa. Because Villa Sol y Mar is located at the end of a dead-end road the location is absolutely quiet, without any through-traffic or tourist crowds around. For your car there is a private garage as well as plenty of space in front of the building. Don't miss to visit Granada and the world famous Alhambra! It is also worth to visit the caves of Nerja and of course don't miss the typical Spanish Tapas Bars, here, in the province of Granada. Only here they still serve for free delicious little snacks with the wine. The spacious community swimming pool, a toddler pool, playground, soccer ground and a tennis court in the prestigious mansion quarter of Monte de Los Almendros are only a few footsteps away and may be used free of charge. The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter. Directions:
