The view to the house showing the garden around the pool. The house has been recently modernised and renovated with all ensuite rooms. The pool is 8m x 4m. The gazebo was recently added to provide a some shade for that glorious sunshine. Chairs and loungers are available if you wish to sunbathe round the pool. Gardening is one of our favourite activities and with Spain having longer summers than the UK, the flowering plants tend to just go on and on. Not showing is the land with olive trees and some newly planted decorative trees. This is the view from the porch across the pool. The porch is the size of a room and has table and chairs for relaxing. There is car parking space. A shot of the lounge and kitchen both of which were recently installed. There is a utility room with washing machine and fridge etc. In the lounge there's a TV and CD player. We currently receive all BBC1-4 and ITV1-4 channels plus a load of others, and many UIK radio stations. Picture of one of the bedrooms. Twin beds with 2 chest of drawers and wardrobe, with ensuite bathroom. The rooms are both similar, but one has a bath and one a shower. A radiator, and a ceiling fan are in both rooms should they be needed. The Sierra Filabres viewed from the house. A beautiful view as the mountains change constantly depending on the sunlight and time of day. A drive into the mountains to see the villages and views is lovely. The road finally reaches across to Cantoria, close to Albox.

Not in this photo, but in the distance we can see the Sierra Nevadas - the range that goes up to Granada where they ski in the winter. Closer is the mountain range on the Tabernas side, Sierra Almahillas which runs across over to Nijar. Both of these are a lovely drive along windy roads giving fantastic views.
