A lovely cortijo in 1 acre with own avocado orchard. Beautiful backdrop of National Park mountains with views of Nerja and sea. . Garden surrounded by trees and tropical plants. 2 hammocks.. Large eating area with BBQ poolside. Swing bench under shade poolside . Old campasino passes by most days on his mule to tend his vineyard nearby and sometimes the goatherder with his flock.
Easy access by car - concreted road all the way to villa . No dirt tracks. Large private parking area. Bars and restaurants only few minutes drive away or a lovely mountain track stroll . Lost village of Acebuchal only 1km ( recently revived after being destroyed in 1950s) a great friendly little restaurant/ tapas bar there. Traditional spanish menu, english spoken
Frigiliana is nearest large village . Very pretty and has won many awards. Loads of restaurants, bars, shops, market, banks, childrens playgrounds,fiestas etc. Nerja nearest town 20 min drive.FRIGILIANA AND NERJA ARE ALL YEAR ROUND RESORTS The pool is 7x4 metres and 1.7 metres at deep end.The pool is solar heated.You can look at the view while swimming very relaxing. 2 bedrooms have patio french doors opening to poolside , great for early morning or late night dip. Pool lights for night bathing available. Poolside area is 80 sq metres and can be lit at night , access to garden area.

POOL NB - you MUST shower off body lotion before using pool. If not it will become murkey and the cost of cleaning and chemicals unfortunately will have to be charged to you. Pool man can test the water for cause. The main bedroom has an en suite washbasin and toilet, large wardrobe and bedside tables and lights .There are french doors to pool area which also has a locking security grill which is fitted with insect screening mesh so doors can be left open at night for cooling night breezes . You can see the mountains from bed. Great for late night dips with pool lights on!!
