The apartment has everything required for a perfect stay in Benidorm including a fully equipped kitchen (electric range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), TV, DVD and CD player as well as air conditioning/heating units and washer/dryer. Guests can also enjoy use of the building's two swimming pools and two tennis courts. Enclosed parking for one car. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk and offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants, whilst the main town of Benidorm is less than a 10-minute drive. A car is not required as there is a regular bus service running in front of the apartment building which you can use to get into town - or to Carrefour (hypermarket) - within minutes Benidorm has much to offer whether you are looking for lively nightlife, a relaxing beach holiday, or the attractions of the theme parks such as Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia or Mundomar (sea world). The town, as well as the local indoor shopping centre, offers a range of shops from designer to bargain and the hypermarket has a huge variety of food and drink to suit all nationalities. In town you can connect to other buses, or the train, to explore other local beaches and towns. The apartment therefore has the advantage of being situated in a quiet location but close all all amenities. All prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week.

A Booking deposit of 50% is required to reserve the holiday

Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

Cancellation refunds:
up to 12 weeks - no cancellation charge
9-12 weeks - 50% of deposit refunded
6-9 weeks - 25% of deposit refunded
Less than 6 weeks - no refund

Electricity and water are included in the cost of the weekly rental.

Linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach towels.
