LaGuardia31 is a well-equipped luxury Wheelchair Accessible villa near Javea on the Costa Blanca Spain. Catering for up to 6 discerning guests, it offers carefree villa rental which allows disabled and older people the freedom to enjoy a luxury villa holiday in the company of their friends, family and carers. Unlike other advertised villas, LaGuardia31 villa offers TRUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS along with good disabled facilities, without compromising the look and feel of a luxury Spanish villa. It is set within it's own grounds, and has a private pool complete with a pool hoist. The open plan layout inside has no steps or sills, and one of the three spacious bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a wheel-in shower, double sinks with wheelchair access and a raised toilet with fold down grab rails. Our accessible vill is set within its own large Mediterranean style garden with it's own private pool. A covered terrace provides you with plenty of shade, which makes it the perfect seating area during those hot summer days and warm balmy evenings. A spacious sun terrace links the villa and pool area, and allows you plenty of space for sunbathing, while the stone BBQ, on which you can cook your locally purchased fresh meats and fish, makes for delightful al fresco dining. The hoist into the pool also ensures you can escape from the heat of the day and enjoy a refreshing dip. With its location on the picturesque wooded headland of the Cabo de la Nao, the lively town of Javea (Xabia) and bustling beach area are only a few minutes drive away by car. There are also two wheelchair accessible restaurants, a bar, and a mini supermarket all within walking distance of the villa. You could spend your time just relaxing by the pool, going to the beach, and eating out at the many fine restaurants and cafe bars, where you could pick up a meal for around £6 each. But if you feel the need to be more active, Javea has something for everyone, both young and old.

In common with other villa owners, a £200 returnable damage bond is added to the total rental cost. A £10 per person Laundry cost will be deducted from this bond, along with any other stoppages, before being refunded to you.

Changeover is Saturday during peak months (June to October), but flexible at other times.

We can also offer you longer rental periods of 4 weeks or more at preferential rates. These are available from November through to Easter, subject to availability. Prices and details are available upon request.
