Villa Can Sureda has four attractive bedrooms one double, two twins and a single room) and two full bathrooms service these rooms. Outside, the beautiful 10x5 meter pool, patio furniture and a barbeque make it the perfect place for days and long evenings of al-fresco, dining and relaxation while enjoying the superb views and sublime Mallorquín climate. Finally there is a lovely roof terrace, which is reached by steps to the rear of the house, an ideal venue for private sunbathing. The setting is magnificent, the house enchanting, the pool irresistible . . . as perfect a holiday home as you will ever find.

All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.

Occupancy of property: 14:00h 2 pm
Vacation of property: 10:00h 10 am
