The house has recently been renovated in traditional style with beamed ceilings. On the ground floor indoor comforts include a living-room with an open fireplace and comfortable sofas, nice for when evenings are cooler. A roofed terrace opening off the living-room provides the perfect spot for al-fresco eating, while the small well equipped kitchen is a delight to cook in. Also a most handy complete bathroom and a utility room are to be found in this area. The accommodation comes complete on the first floor with two charming bedrooms and a bathroom.

The well-kept garden is designed to fully enjoy outdoor staying and the terraces swimming pool, for your exclusive use, is situated on a higher level in an exceptional setting. Guests can comfortably eat outside in the shade of the pergola and an open air barbecue is at their complete disposal. Although in a quiet, country setting, this villa is not at all isolated and will allow you to visit the beautiful nearby towns and beaches.

All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.

Occupancy of property: 14:00h 2 pm
Vacation of property: 10:00h 10 am
