Car hire is recommended so that you can enjoy the nearby beaches and bays, the popular Port of Pollensa and the beautiful old town of Alcudia with its ancient town walls and architecture, all of them just a few minutes drive away. Fifty minutes from the airport, five minutes from the beach or just 10 seconds from the private swimming pool this is Mallorca at its most beautiful. The pretty house is entered directly into an open plan lounge/dining kitchen, which is most comfortably furnished and has feature fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. Off from the living accommodation there is a full family bathroom and three twin bedrooms. There is also a shower and WC in the outside laundry room. Outside set within the lovely garden is the 8 metre pool and the covered dining terrace to the front of the house, just ideal for meals al-fresco. The barbecue area completes the amenities of this villa. A memorable holiday is guaranteed in this adorable and charming property.

All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.

Occupancy of property: 14:00h 2 pm
Vacation of property: 10:00h 10 am
