Casa Josannah is a large spanish villa restored for modern day living, luxury and spacious rooms are the key features.Situated on a hillside with stunning views of the green valley dotted with white washed villas and the blue mediteranean sea , there is a feeling of silent tranquility but we are only 4 mins drive from the beautifull sandy cove of the famouse El Portet beach and 5 mins drive from the fast becoming exclusive town of Moraira and its large sandy beach. We have made 2 seperate living areas in 1 large villa,3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a full kitchen dining area and spacious living area on the 1st level,on the 2nd level we have 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms an amazing kitchen-living area,full utility area and patio doors out onto the pool and its various chillout areas.This works great for 2/3 families staying together as there is allways somewhere in this huge villa to find your own space to enjoy,especially the internal courtyard where you feel like you are holidaying on your own but only yards away from the bustle of the pool. 4 of the bedrooms are en-suite.One of the bedrooms is usually used for the children as this is a very large room which has 2 single beds,a double bed, 2 reclining "cinema" chairs,large tv and dvd. There is secure parking for 4 cars.There is a charcoal BBQ and a gas BBQ,a 10 m x 5 meter pool,various tables and chairs and sun loungers ,there are steps from the car park down to the 2nd level and the pool but the 1st level is wheel chair friendly. Moraira is fast becoming an exclusive resort and there are many celebs who have homes here,some A list,most you don,t see but there are a few who venture out and the beach bars at El Portet and some of the resteraunts not in the town center is where you will see them.We are only minute from the town and beaches by car but its advisable to hire cars,however we did have a party of 13 last year who managed ok with taxis! Benidorm is 15 miles south,there are 4 main attractions/theme parks which are excellent days out,and is legendry for a lively night out. Valencia is 1 hours drive north and has everything that a big city should do.There are many small spanish villages within 30 mins drive where you can feel the real spain and dine in the old spanish way. We have had many multi family party bookings and all have enjoyed and commented on the quiet relaxed atmosphere of this villa and the area it is in yet being only minutes from the next adventure.
