The owner has been meticulous in its construction and everything is of the finest quality. Finished in local stone to a most attractive design, the house offers a very spacious beamed living room with feature fireplace for early and late holidays. The enormous well equipped kitchen with its beautiful wooden units which overlooks the terrace comes complete with dishwasher and leadsto the outdoor terrace. An inner hall leads to the delightful master bedroom and the two spacious twin bedded rooms. Two full bathrooms service these rooms Outside, the attractive and long covered porch, 10m pool and surrounding gardens and patios, catch the sun all day long and with a plentiful supply of outside furniture and barbeque, make staying here a sheer delight.

All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.

Occupancy of property: 14:00h 2 pm
Vacation of property: 10:00h 10 am
