Villa Nueva is a spacious 3 bed 2 bathroom property set in 3500sqm rural land which provides a quiet and restful location to take a break. The Villa has 2 double bedrooms and one twin room all of which have fitted robes and air conditioning. Both bathrooms (one on-suite) have both a shower and a bath. The master bedroom has a security safe for added peace of mind.
The villa is situated (38k) 30 mins from Alicante airport between the town of Almoradi and the Village Daya Nueva. Almoradi which is a couple of minutes drive from the Villa has a full range of shops, restaurants, bars and banks, there is also a weekly market held in the town each Saturday. The villa boasts large private gardens to the front, leading to a magnificent 17m x 5m private swimming pool. There is ample graveled parking on three sides of the property. The pool patio area will easily accommodate 6 sun loungers and a table and chairs comfortably, so provides an ideal area to soak up the sun or take in the spectacular sunsets over mount Callosa to the rear of the property. The pool which has roman steps leading to the shallows extends to 2.8m at the deep end, a safe depth for diving or simply splashing about to cool down. If you want to turn your hand to cooking some of the locally caught fish a BBQ is provided. For those with small children the walled gardens are a safe area for them to play but supervision around the pool would be advisable. The spacious living room which has Satellite TV and CD player is air conditioned. The room incorporates a dining area with table and chairs to seat up to 8 people. The second bathroom is accessed off the living room and from the twin bedroom. Access to the kitchen is from the dining area of the living room. The nearest beach is at Guardamar Del Segura which is a popular destination for the Spanish to holiday. The beach is a blue flag resort and has 18k of golden sand and a host of traditional Spanish restaurants and bars. Guardamar is just a 10 min drive (12k) from the villa. Torreviaja a very popular beach resort is further along the coast, and is a bigger resort with an extensive range of European and Chinese restaurants. A large outdoor market is held weekly in the town center. Near to the Villa there are three 18-hole golf courses the nearest being less than 8km away, the others are within a 20 min drive. For those wishing a break from the tranquility of the Villa there are a range of tourist attractions within a short drive of the villa. These include Aqua parks at Torreviaja & Benidorm, a safari park near Santa Pola, and there are also caves and grottoes to explore along the coast.
