San Pedro de Alcantara, an unspoilt charming Spanish town, is less than 2 km, here you will find traditional shops, sidewalk cafes and excellent tapas bars. A short walk takes you down to the main promenade, beaches and several chiringuitos (beach bars).

The centre of fashionable Marbella is a few minutes drive away with its great shopping and restaurants in the narrow streets of the historical Old Town. The beaches are excellent and the promenade stretches for miles where there are many good places to eat and drink. Other places of interest within easy striking distance include: Estepona, Ronda, Gibraltar, Benahavís, Mijas, and many of "the white villages".
