El Jasmin is a lovely traditional Spanish ground floor apartment with wheelchair access. Built on a level area well positioned and not overlooked. In a small block of four and situated in the ever-popular Aldea recreative which is a small quiet complex set in truly beautiful tropical gardens, amazing when lit at night.

Just 5 minutes drive from the picturesque cosmopolitan town of Moraira and its stunning beaches. The area is served by two airports, Alicante which is about 1 hours drive away and Valencia which is about 1 and a half hours drive away. It is about 5 minutes walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. Car hire is recommended. Features of the complex are the lush green gardens, which include many palm and pine trees plus beautiful flora and fauna. There are two communal swimming pools, BBQ and picnic area. The perfect place to relax. The apartment sleeps four and up to 6 with the bed settee in the lounge. Air conditioning is optional with heating for the winter lets.

There are two reclining chairs in the lounge plus an LCD television with BBC, ITV, Ch 4, Ch 5 and a number of other English stations. A satellite system is also installed. Also in the lounge is a hi fi unit and DVD unit. In one of the other bedrooms there is a DVD unit and monitor with a selection of DVDs and CDs. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The apartment is an ideal holiday home for young couples, or a family with children, disabled or elderly visitors. It is in a tranquil setting with lovely views.

About 1 hours drive north of Alicante, Moraira is a real jewel of the Costa Blanca. Surrounded by luscious green countryside, with many hills covered by fragrant pine trees. Originally, mainly a quaint fishing village, the town of Moraira is now an important tourist resort and is carefully planned so you won't see tall skyscrapers. There are many bars and restaurants offering excellent Spanish food and international cuisine. You can taste the fine award winning local wines. The main fish restaurants are located overlooking the small fishing port and marina. There are many excellent shops within this small cosmopolitan town.

Benidorm is approximately 30 minutes drive away, where you can visit Terra Mitica, Spain's largest theme park and massive tourist attraction. Munda Mar is a marina and exotic animal park. Or Aqua land, a large water park. A short drive from Moraira are the coastal towns of Javea and Calpe, which are well worth a visit, with very fine beaches. Moraira is well known for the beauty of its blue flag beaches and its turquoise waters. In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the area as one of the most equitable in the world. Averaging nearly 3000 hours of sunshine each year. The waters provide excellent swimming, jet skiing, wind surfing and snorkelling. Moraira Nautical Club and other privately owned water companies offer a diverse range of water sports. You also have a choice of tennis, horse riding, cycling and go-karting. Golf courses are within easy reach of Moraira. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and is equipped with low level kitchen units with grip bars, emergency lighting, electric reclining chair. There is a remote controlled awning in the front and plenty of parking.

Places of interest to visit in the local area are: The small defensive fort castle. La Cora de Cendris, is a cave which dates back to the Palaeolithic era. The large weekly market selling a diversity of objects. The fish market is open most mornings. The parish church, the heritage of the divina pastora. The jury and justice courts built in the seventeeth centruy. Morro Castellor and Punta Capel have remains from the Iberian period.
