Our Luxury Penthouse in Duquesa Village is in a prime location, overlooking the Duquesa Golf and Country Club 14th Fairway, with views down the valley to the mediteranean.

The Penthouse is less than 20 metres walk from the large infinity type pool, which also has a communal barbacue area and a smaller childrens pool alonside of it.

The Penthouse is Duplex offering spacious air conditioned accomodation over two floors, complete with two large terraces which both get the sun all day. The lower terrace has a barbacue and large wooden garden table which sits six.


When you enter the Penthpouse there is a an entrance hall leads which leads into the large living/dining room with two adjoining double bedrooms which share a family bathroom. The Penthouse is built to an extremely high standard and is beautifully furnished, with a large lounge and dining area containg a large comfortable suite and smart dining table that sits six.

For your entertainment, we have a Bang and Olufsen TV and Bang and Olufsen Music System as well as Satellite. We also have a good library of contemporary movie DVD’s for you to watch.

The Penthouse is filled with attractive art and is a bright and colourful place to relax and enjoy your holiday All of the floors and bathrooms are finished in fine marble tiling and equipped with attractive fittings.

The kitchen is brand new and modern, with an electric cooker and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, along with a large fridge freezer and a microwave cooker. In fact everything you would need to make the perfect meal in the Penthouse.

There is also an iron and ironing board as well as a hair dryer. The entire upper floor is dedicated to the luxury Master Ensuite, complete with Four Poster bed, walk in wardrobes, and jacuzzi spa bath with twin wash basins and large mirror.

The Master Bedroom also has a vaulted cieling which gives it a lovely airy feel, and you can walk out directly onto a large private terrace for sunbathing or enoying a quiet glass of wine in peace and quiet. The downstairs bedrooms are beautifully furnished with lots of wardrobe space, and can be configured as double or twin bedrooms.

All of the bedrooms have terraces directly outside each of them, giving the Penthouse a bright and airy feel to it. The attractive dining area is ideal for enjoying a meal indoors. The kitchen is fully equipped so eating in or having a barbacue is a real pleasure.
