A privately owned two bedroom ground floor apartment, on the exclusive Pueblo Salado complex in Puerto de Mazarron, on Spains Costa Calida. Just a short walk from a number of clean safe beaches. Facilities on the complex include 3 pools, childrens play area, security guards, CCTV, gymnasium (payable locally) two squash courts an English speaking restaurant as well as a cyber café and bar. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with built in wardrobes. The bathroom is fully fitted in the Spanish style with a built in shower. The kitchen is also fully fitted and includes a cooker, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine.

In the main living area there is a 3
seater and 2 seater settee, with TV/DvD and dining table. From the living room you exit onto the attractive private patio; complete with a deluxe patio furniture set.

The patio area is an ideal dinning area for those long lazy summer evenings.

All windows in the apartment have either wooded shutters or wind down blinds, both offer total darkness and sound proofing for those lazy long lie ins and traditional siestas. There are 3 pools on the complex - one of which is covered for use in the
winter months. Two of the pools also have a children\'s paddling pool incorporated within in them.

Located close to the apartment is a small enclosed children\'s play area.

Use of the well equipped on site gymnasium is payable locally at approximately 8€ (£5) per session. You can tailor your sessions to include use of the fitness area, a variety of aerobics classes, squash courts and sauna.

There is a pool side bar which provides a variety of snacks and beverages. Also within the complex is an English speaking restaurant as well as a cyber cafe/bar which is located close to main the entrance. The small complex supermarket is open between June and September. Puerto de Mazarrón is a small Spanish town situated approximately a 40 minute drive from Murcia Airport and 1 hour 20 minutes drive from Alicante airport.

This area remains unspoilt from commercialism and is the ideal destination for those looking for the authentic Spanish lifestyle. You will find no heavy industry in this area, and the region is famous for farming and agriculture. If you want to experience the Spain of old, then Puerto de Mazarrón is for you!

Puerto de Mazarrón boasts numerous superb sandy beaches and secluded coves, restaurants, bars, banks, a harbour and marina along with medical facilities and shops.

A deposit of 10 percent is required to confirm bookings and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.

A security deposit of £150 will be required for all reservations, refunded at the end of your stay subject to the safe return of the keys
and no damage or breakages.

Included in the price is bedding and towels, electricity and water and use of the complexs three pools.
