3 kms from Pollenca you can find the villa of AUMADRAVA. This villa is a beautiful house of original construction, completely built with Majorca stone. Next to the dining room there are two rooms in suite, one of them decorated with a great mares vault. From the kitchen there is a lovely view of the romantic garden built in a typical natural environment of the island with trees and a pretty lake. The beautiful shaped pool holds a jacuzzi (with hot water for winter months) and to its side there is a charming porch.

In the hall there are is a bathroom and the stairway that gives access to the upper floor. There is also a nice and spacious living and dining room with a chimney and firewood stove.

All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.

Occupancy of property: 14:00h 2 pm
Vacation of property: 10:00h 10 am
