Set in the well known urbanisation of Guadalmina, only 40 minutes from Malaga and Gibralter airports.

There are three communal pools and twenty four hour security on site.

The property is approached by electronic gates to either side of the property providing parking for two vehicles. The air-conditioned/heated, fully furnished, marbled floored accomodation consists of:

On the ground floor
A spacious Lounge with open fireplace, surround sound television/DVD/radio system and Sky satellite. An archway leads into the Dining room with seats eight.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate utility area outside the Kitchen.

Bedroom with twin beds, built in wardrobes and a separate shower room with W/C. On the first floorMaster Bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en-suite shower room with W/C.

Two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds each have built in wardrobes.

The two double bedded rooms have access onto the balcony where you can see the wonderful views.

The family bathroom with W/C can also be found on this floor. Outside you have a terrace that is equipped with tables and chairs, sun loungers,and barbeque. It runs the width of the villa and overlooks the heated floodlit swimming pool and golf course. There are also sun beds around the pool.

Views of the Sierra de Ronda mountains can also be seen from the terrace.

Booking deposit will be 30% of the total rental amount (this is non refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. If the full balance is not paid at this time, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and the reservation deposit will be forfeit. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the commencement date will require full payment with the booking form. Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of people aged 21 or under.
A damage deposit of £150.00 for the first week, plus £50.00 for every other extra week is required 8 weeks prior to departure. This is refundable assuming that no damage or breakages have occurred. In the event of any breakages or damage, a retention to cover our costs would be levied. Therefore the client agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage. Guests are strongly advised to take out full travel, accident and medical cover insurance before leaving the UK.
