'Villa Caval Bernat' is a semi-detached beach villa located in an area of the Port of Pollensa called "Siller", with beautiful mountain views and only a few minutes walk to the beach. This villa has two floors. On the ground-floor flat there is a full equipped kitchen, the laundry, a toilette and the living-dining room, from where you can get to the upper floor. You find three bedrooms and a complete bathroom. On the top floor a wide solarium terrace, an ideal place to sunbathe in summer.

Outside the villa there is a small terrace leading to the communal swimming-pool. Situated on the North East side the island, Puerto Pollensa is one of the finest holiday resorts on the island of Mallorca. Set against a backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range, this fishing village has stunning scenery, excellent sandy beaches, and a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes along the famous Pine Walk promenade.

The cosmopolitan old town of Pollensa with its narrow cobbled streets and medieval buildings, is visited regularly by actors artists, and politicians as well as sport enthusiasts from all over Europe for the vast range of watersports including scuba diving, and sailing. All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.
