Nice bungalow located in a complex with swimming pool near the coast, available from April to September, it has a nice covered porch with plants and a furnished basement which could be used as a third bedroom or games room.
The Costa Blanca is one of the most popular holidays destination in Spain. Its wonderful beaches are one of the main attractions and ideal for water sports for most of the year.
Gran Alacant is situated on the coast just 8 km from Alicante Airport with an average annual temperature of 20ºC, it has a typical mediterranean climate.
Near Gran Alacant you can visit the lovely old quarters of Alicante which is a touristic town with nice beaches found at the bottom of a mountain and all kind of leisures.
You can also visit the island of Tabarca which is a great day out just 30 minutes from Santa Pola harbour which is situated 2 kms from Gran Alacant. This is a duplex/ bungalow with private entry making corner. The covered porch is very pleasant and provided with table and chairs to have a nice dinner outside.The bungalow is surrounded by an opened garden with plants and flowers, you have enough place to arrange a children game area or take the sun.
The complex is providing with a parking. In the first floor you have the leaving room which is sharing space with the dinning room situated in the front part of the bungalow, the house is decorated with good taste.
You also have a practical toilet with shower. The fully fitted kitchen is opened on the leaving room and have access on the back part of the ground covered porch. The ample solarium is provided with table and chairs, it has pleasant view on the environs, it is perfect to have a drink or take the sun privately, a BBC is provided. The fenced pool is provided with umbrellas.
