The villa is light and airy, comfortable and modern, with neutral colours and simple furniture. The lounge/dining room is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player and large patio doors lead to the rear terrace and pool area. The kitchen is open planned and fully equipped including dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms, a double with en-suite and three twins, one of which also has its own ensuite. There are two further complete bathrooms. The private extensive garden is well designed with a large pool (with heated jaccuzi), lawns, and lots of Mediterranean plants. A covered terrace overlooks the pool, barbecue and garden. This is a great villa in a lovely part of the gentle countryside around Alcudia. It is a very well looked after, and is ideal for a family holiday or as a base for walking and exploring the area, bird watching or sketching.

All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.

Vacation of property: 10:00h 10 am
