Our 3 bedroom duplex is situated in the beautiful setting of Cabo Roig, referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca. Within 45 minutes drive of Alicante Airport, Cabo Roig lies 8km south of Torrevieja town. Cabo Roig is an exclusive residential area comprising of mainly luxurious villas, to which there is only 1 road entrance therefore no through traffic makes for a quiet setting. There are 2 EEC blue flag beaches, both sandy, less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment, the southern one situated in a protective cove with a small marina and overlooked by a renowned sea food restaurant.

The beaches have beach bars where you can obtain refreshments. The apartment is part of the Los Anguis V community, which is a well established community within Cabo Roig. It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and 2 communal pools with showers. The community provides a tranquil respite, yet is close to both shops and restaurants as well as the two Cabo Roig beaches. The community lies at the end of a no through road and has a private gated entrance. There is a private car park. A key for the automatic gate is provided. Refuse is collected on a daily basis from the community bins just outside the main entrance. The apartment has a seperate kitchen area. The living area is furnished with seating for 6. The kitchen is fitted with electric hob, fridge and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms and have fitted wardrobes. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower and the second toilet is also a shower room. Outside there is a large wrap round sunny balcony/terrace with patio furniture. The apartment comes fully furnished with linen and towels provided, but not beach towels.
