Three bedroom property in idyllic location. Secluded communal pool, separate pool for children and gardens. Front and rear patio areas with mountain views to the rear. Comfortable lounge and dining area, tiled bathroom, cloakroom and kitchen. A great holiday home for families or friends wishing to relax.

The patio is private with a lockable gate which makes it safe for children. There is a spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms.

The property is suitable for families but small children need close supervision around the pool area. The property has a no smoking policy and no pets are allowed.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day, but this is flexible during low seasons. Departure/arrival times are also flexible but will need to be confirmed when booking is made. Accommodation

Property is cleaned prior to arrival, and may be cleaned during the rental period for an additional cost. Bed linen is provided. 500m to the local village where there is a small supermarket, a number of bars, restaurants and a few gift shops. Puerto Mazarron is easily reached by car or bus and has a large number of shops, restaurants, banks and night clubs during the high season. There is a very large outdoor market which is held once a week and a daily market for fresh fruit/vegetables, meat and fish. Buses also run from the village to Cartagena and Murcia. Local activities: Swimming, fishing, walking and cycling. There is a beautiful 18 hole golf course at La Manga (40 minutes away). There is an 18 hole golf course also at Fuento Alamo (30minutes away) and a 9 hole golf course at Camposol (15 minutes away). There is a wide range of restaurants from fish to Chinese to Indian. The house is 70 min from Murcia (San Javier) airport.

40 min from Espuna Natural Park (mountains).
40 min from Cartagena (tourist city).
10 min from Quiet Coves (some naturist). Along the Coast:To the west, there is a rocky coastline with low cliffs and coves reached by unmade roads. Some of these coves are designated as Naturist beaches. Along 20 km of coast there is only one small village.

Close to the east is Puerto de Mazarron. This busy fishing port has nightclubs, a cinema, and a beautiful promenade lined with restaurants and bars. There are many other bars restaurants and shops back in the town as well as large supermarkets. It has a very lively atmosphere in the summer and is a very Spanish in its feel; very popular with families.

Inland are the mountains of the Espuna Natural Park, with a drive to the highest peak (over 5,000 feet), spectacular views, picnic areas and many forest tracks for walking and mountain-biking.
