San Sebastian is known for its beautiful scenery, georgeus beaches and unique gastronomy.

Located on the 7th floor of the emblematic building made by the famous architect Moneo, right in the very centre of the city within walking distance to the beach and to the old part, next to the Kursaal and in front of the Hotel Maria Cristina.

It enjoys spectacular views of the river, the sea and the whole city centre from its wonderful balcony. Due to its location, you can enjoy the city and its attractions without having to use the car or other means of transportation. During the Big Week of San Sebastian in August, the spectacular fireworks of the International Contest can be heard and seen from the terrace itself.

For film lovers, the International Film Festival of San Sebastian in September takes place in the Kursaal, just a few metres from the building. Private car park car in the same building with direct access through the lift.
